How to become a DODO V3 strategy provider（SP）?

DODO V3 has been audited by Sherlock and deployed on the mainnet, and aggregators like 1inch have also been integrated. It is now in the whitelist testing phase. In this stage, DODO will invite SPs to use their own funds for market making, and once stable profits are realized, DODO V3 will open to LPs, allowing SPs to manage LP’s funds.
